Property Details

Our log chalets have 3-5 bedrooms, 270-degree balconies, wood-burning stone fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, panoramic windows, all equipment and appliances, whirlpool bath, BBQ, fine white cotton sheets, desktop PC, high speed Internet, most with pool table, 42 inch plasma & sat TV, full entertainment center.

In summer on-site we have tennis courts,swimming pool, water sports, fishing, hiking, kayaking. In winter strap on cross-country skis and take to our private trails or dust off your skates for ice-skating. We have access to 33,000 km of snowmobile trails and have a shuttle bus to Mont Tremblant for skiing. We can also book you a massage on the balcony of your log home, or, a private chef to provide you with fine dining at your table, or dine in our restaurant overlooking the lake. We will also co-ordinate local activity reservations.

Our magnificent log homes, while located in a pristine forest by a clear blue lake in the Laurentian Mountains, offer our guests every convenience of current technology, and every expected amenity. We are surrounded by three national parks, 6 championship golf courses, beautiful mountains and lakes and are just a short drive from the charming Mont Tremblant resort, voted Eastern North America's #1 resort for the last nine years; it provides our guests with an abundant choice of restaurants to sample and boutiques to browse. Blueberry Lake is convenient for local Québécois visitors, and with Mont-Tremblant International Airport situated only 15 minutes away, direct connections can be made to both New York and Toronto. Montreal's International Airport (known as Trudeau or Dorval Airport) is located 150km south of Blueberry Lake and has direct connections to Europe and the US.

Rental Policy

• At check-in, a registered occupant will be required to sign a Lodging Waiver which includes the provision of a valid credit card in their own name. This credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 per night, to a maximum of $1000.
• The registered occupant must be a minimum of 18 years of age. At check-in, the registered occupant shall be required to produce photo ID, without Blueberry Lake reserves the right to refuse entry and occupation of the chalet.
• Occupancy should be limited to the number of beds provided in the unit, sofa beds included. Violation of occupancy policy may result in termination of guest occupancy with no refund for the unused portion of the stay or extra charges.

- Rates are subject to GST (currently 6%), QST (currently 7.5%) and Lodging Tax (currently $2 per night). Rates and taxes are subject to change at any time.
- The minimum stay is 2 nights, and 3 nights for the Christmas and New Year period.
- A 50% deposit per chalet is due at time of booking (total charges including taxes). Balance and final payment to be made prior to your departure on check out. The credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) provided at the time of booking will automatically be charged on the final payment due date unless other arrangements have been made in advance and accepted by Blueberry Lake . Debit cards, travellers cheques, certified cheques or cash may be used for bookings made in person.
- A reservation is considered confirmed only when a deposit has been received and a booking number assigned. A confirmation will be sent via email, fax or regular post.
- Changing a reservation may be possible, but is not guaranteed and is based only on availability:
1.Blueberry Lake Resort is happy to accommodate minor date changes where and if possible for an administration fee of $25 plus taxes per chalet.
2. Cancelling a reservation will be subject to the following fees per chalet
0-21 days 50% of stay value (total charges including taxes).
22-42 days 25% of stay value (total charges including taxes).
3. Guests who do not show for their reservation will forfeit all monies paid.
4. In the case of a reduction in nights, there will be no refunds for unused portions of a reservation
