Rental Policies

To reserve, send one half of total rental amount; Balance to be paid one/two weeks prior to arrival. Should an emergency arise, every effort will be made to fullfill reserved time and, if so, reservation money will be refunded. If not able to fullfill time reserved, the one half reserve money will be retained but no further money due.
