Hale Kona Kai #201 is the best unit in the best place to stay in Kona! Hale Kona Kai #201 has the best views in the building and is newly remodeled with hardwood mahagony floors, granite breakfast bar and tub surround, and designer furniture inside the unit and on the lanai. Very clean, with 400 thread count linens. Don't settle for less! We are on the ocean (look down to see the fish and turtles) and close to Kona town. We are located on a quiet street on the ocean so all you hear is the waves (unlike Alii Drive, which is located on a busy, noisy street). Walk to downtown Kailua-Kona and enjoy restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches and activities. Enjoy watching the sunset year around from your oceanfront lanai. Only a few units in this building offer year around sunset views. Our one bedroom apartment sleeps four. We have a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper couch (very good quality) in the living room. Our unit has an extra large lanai looking west - southwest over Kailua Bay, with 180 degree ocean views. We have fully remodeled and equipped #201 for your vacation pleasure. There is cable TV and a DVD player in the bedroom. The bath/shower combo has granite surround. Granite breakfast bar with four teak barstools. Tropicaire patio table and four swivel/rocker chairs on the lanai. Watch surfers, parasailers, cruise ships and pleasure boats from your lanai. Be delighted by whales (when in season), spinner dolphins, tropical fish and sea turtles right from your lanai. Located next door to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and the Royal Kona Resort. Walk to the Royal Kona Resort's Don the Beachcomer bar and restaurant, Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Kona Inn, Outback, Wasabi's Sushi, Tres Hombres, and many other restaurants in downtown Kona.
