Ylang Ylang villas are located at the top of the hill, halfway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio Beaches, seven kilometers to either beautiful destination.

This contemporary open environment architectural style villas have a panoramic view of the unique Biezans Bay. From any place in the house you can admire the view and unforgettable sunsets!

This small, romantic villas sits in a one hectare property (2.47 acres), providing a very private environment. Perfect for honeymooners, couples, or a small family. The villas are composed of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, and a safety box. There is a master bathroom with ample closet. The full kitchen, dining and living room areas are located to admire the surroundings. The living room has a sofa bed that would allow for two more people to enjoy the house, giving a possible maximum capacity of four people.

The villas have a wrap-around terrace that allows its guests to enjoy the ambiance, and watch the wild life--especially the white face and titi monkeys--come up and mingle in the adjacent fruit trees.

Other amenities included are: cable TV, stereo with CD player, hot water, outside shower, private parking, maid and laundry services, on site gardening and maintenance person, on-site security guard, and a beautiful property to enjoy at your will...!!!

Rental Policies

We have a policy that full payment must be received at least 30 days before arrival. If cancellation before the 30 days, we refund 50%. If cancellation after 30 days before arrival, we do not refund. 100% full refund if we are able to reserve and confirm the same dates as the cancellation dates. We also have a $500 damages deposit, which is refunded once we have valued that no damages were made.

Arrival Times

The arrival time is casual between 2 and 5 pm. Departure times are always before 11 am
