Just over a block to the magnificent sugar white sand beaches where you can spend a lazy day basking in the sun or playing in the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Alternatively you can lounge around your large 26X13 ft private swimming pool and play, or simply catch up on your reading on one of the many balconies that this home boasts. You can also jump in your car and within minutes be at Big Kahuna's water park, Gulfarium or one of the many first class golf courses that Destin offers. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the brand new Destin Commons with the new Rave movie theatre complete with stadium seating. Rental Policy

$1350.00-$3995.00 week

Lodging Tax: 11%

There is also a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded day after check out if home is left in order as found).

$250.00 per week to heat pool.

Cancellations and Refunds: A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.

Deposits: In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request.

Arrival Times

Check In, 4 PM - Check Out, 10AM

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All rates are for up to 12 guests, $100 per person per week for extra guests up to 18 max.

Heat Pool, $300 per week.
