Fully renovated in 2005 with true Key West style and furnishings. 750 sq ft Condo with private fenced Patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Boardwalk, Fishing Pier, along with plenty of boat parking. And all just 50 steps from the heated pool! The Resort also has private deeded access to the Gulf of Mexico, only 75 steps to the sand! If sand, sun, and fun is in your vacation plans then our waterfront unit is perfect for you!

Rental Policy

One week minimum during peak seasons. $75 Departure cleaning fee. 12% tax.
