Built in 2004, spacious two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room and master bedroom overlooks a pool with barbecue area. Ceramic tile floors unobtrusively harmonize with the construction details throughout the house. Soft lighting was elaborated to enhance the decorative elements, giving a soft but efficient light to all areas. Just over two hundred meters from the Coco beach and Jet Ski hire station. A little over 200 meters from the very cozy Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita and grocery shop. Within walking distance form the centre of Coco fishing village with its restaurants, bars and casinos.

Due to liability issues, we are unable to provide prospective renters with keys to preview properties.
Prices, furnishings and taxes are subject to change. All properties are privately owned, and the décor and furnishings will differ based on the owner’s personal taste. We reserve the right to change unit assignments if the need arises.

Arrival Times

Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM In peak season some accommodations may not be ready by 5 PM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Security Deposit
Security Deposit amounts varies by property. A security deposit plus a $30.00 non-refundable processing fee is required to confirm your reservation and payment of this amount is due within 10 days of the date of booking or the reservation may be canceled.. This deposit will be applied to your rent at check-in and therefore not refunded after departure. Multiple week rentals require an additional deposit.
