This cozy home has been recently updated inside and includes a fully equipped kitchen, squishy leather couches, comfortable linens, a front deck and a large backyard where your dog is free to roam. We provide a dog-bed and bowls for your best friend.

The house is located in the middle of town and has a number of restaurants, bars, and activities in walking distance. The beach, skiing, casinos, fishing, kayaking, fine dining, hiking, parasailing, skydiving, helicopter tours, bars, nightclubs, and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive. This is an ideal place to use as a hub for activities and to save some cash for doing all of the fun things this beautiful place has to offer. We’ll be happy to send you to some local spots and clue you in to all of the great deals in town on activities, the best (dog-friendly and free) beaches, food, and night-life.

Payment should be made in full prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made with us. Credit card used to secure reservation but cash, check, or money order is preferred. Smoking is fine in the area provided OUTSIDE!! (this includes winter)

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

NO PET FEE!! There is a fully refundable $200 deposit for pets staying with us. We don’t take a deposit, but we require a contract and keep credit card information on file.
