Luna del Mar is our oceanfront vacation home located on beautiful Pebble Beach Drive in Crescent City, California. Our spacious, yet intimate, two-story home is 2,300 square feet of perfection! Downstairs, guests enjoy 3 bedrooms (one has a freestanding propane fireplace!) and 2 full bathrooms, one with a full laundry room, wet bar, spacious living room with floating propane fireplace. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, family room with fold-out sofa sleeper, dining room, sitting room, a 3rd full bathroom and another floating propane fireplace in the sitting room! Our home comfortably sleeps 6-8 people (9, if you have a baby in the crib!) with maximum privacy offered to all guests. The entire home is beautifully appointed and furnished and almost every room boasts unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean.

Guests will also enjoy the fully fenced and private backyard. The backyard features two covered patio/decks and a large uncovered patio area for entertaining. There is also a nice lawn area and beautiful plantings.

Our vacation home is very accommodating for families; there is a two-story playhouse in the backyard that will entertain the children for hours! There is also a crib and high chair available for our guests' convenience!

Whether inside or out, guests will enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean and the crisp air, with beach access just steps from the front door!

Our home is located just steps from Pebble Beach, down the street from a public park with a wonderful play structure, minutes to Redwood National Park, Battery Point Lighthouse, Crescent City Harbor, Ocean World, Trees of Mystery, the Smith and Klamath Rivers, Lake Earl Wildlife Area, near several casinos and approximately 20 minutes from Brookings, Oregon!

Holiday Periods .... Most Major Holidays, including, but not limited to: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekends are $250-300+/night.



There is a 5 night minimum during Christmas; a 4 night minimum New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter and 3 night minimums for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends.



Certain seasonal/local events require additional night minimums and rates are increased to $250-$300+/night - call for specific dates and more information.



All rates are based on 6 or fewer guests (adults and children). An additional charge of $10 per person per night for guests 6-9 will be assessed. There is a maximum of 9 guests permitted at our home, unless prior arrangements are made. An additional charge of $20 per person per night for guests in excess of 9 will be assessed. Extra guest must be approved in writing, in advance.



A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the date/rate. It converts to a security deposit upon check-in. Deposit is returned provided our home is left in same condition as arrival, less the usual and customary cleaning.



A $90 cleaning fee is required for 6 or fewer guests. Additional cleaning fee may be collected if there are greater than 6 guests.



Please add a 8% Del Norte County Bed Tax to all rates



We prefer payment by money orders, personal checks, cash and cashier's checks. We also accept all major credit cards with a nominal handling fee.



Until confirmed with booking, all rates are subject to change without notice.



Because many summer renters book far in advance, the following applies for arrival dates between April 1 - September 30, and Holiday Periods : the deposit and 1/2 rental total is due within 3 days of booking and the balance is due 60 days before arrival, or at the time of booking, whichever is later.



For reservations throughout the remainder of the year, the deposit is due within 3 days of booking; 1/2 total rental due 60 days before arrival, and balance due 30 days before arrival.



For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the deposit and 1/2 rental total is due within 3 days and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.



For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment in full is due within 3 days of arrival, if arrival date is at least 2 weeks away from date of booking. If within 2 weeks, payment in full is due at the time of booking by credit card.
