Walk across the street to one of the world's top ranked beaches for water quality, Carpinteria State Beach and experience spectacular views of the Channel Islands or take in the sunrise at the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve. Take a leisurely stroll up the street and have breakfast at the Cajun Kitchen or Esau's, grab a burger at The Spot or enjoy a microbrew at Island Brewing Company.

Drive 10 minutes either direction up the coast to Santa Barbara or down the coast to Ventura and explore the unlimited shops and restaurants that each has to offer. Continue another thirty minutes up from Santa Barbara to the Santa Ynez Valley and take a "Sideways" wine tour or try your luck at the Chumash Casino.

Los Angeles and Santa Monica are just over an hour away where you can enjoy the Getty Center, Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center, Universal Studios and City Walk or the Third Street Promenade.

This tastefully decorated two-level ocean view Condo has beautiful laminate wood flooring throughout the unit with a large bay window upstairs to relax and gaze at the ocean. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer on-site.

You also have the option to leave the car at home and ride in on AMTRAK's Pacific Surfliner train. The station is conveniently located in Downtown Carpinteria.

Rental Policies

Balance of Security Deposit will be returned in 30 days after departure.

Agreement will stipulate further fees if damage/loss to property occurs.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Two-night minimum stay required.

$400/Security Refundable Deposit required to reserve your vacation.

$125/Cleaning Fee will be taken from deposit.

10% Bed Tax applies to all rentals of 30 days or less.
