This apartment is just minutes away from the famous Villamartin Plaza which boasts many excellent eating facilities, bars and activities for children. There are also supermarkets and other shops nearby.
A short 5 minutes will take you to 3 Championship Golf Courses, Villamartin, Los Ramblas and Campoamor and 11 more courses within an hours drive. You have a choice of two airports to fly into: Murcia Airport 25 minutes transfer and Alicante 40 minutes transfer
Built in 2006 this apartment is located in a private gated community and situated in a peaceful area of Villamartin away from main roads It briefly comprises of 2 bedrooms , 1 twin and 1 double, 1 bathroom, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility area (with washing machine) and a spacious front balcony . There is access to the private 'resident-only' swimming pool which also has a baby pool making this an ideal holiday apartment for all parties and families with small children.
There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the North, Elche to the North West, Murcia to the West and Cartegena to the South. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Conditions
£100 deposit required (non refundable) to secure booking.
Deposit payable 8 weeks before departure. If departure is within 8 weeks then the full amount is payable.

Please add 50 euros for cleaning and laundry charges. This is payable locally. This is for departure cleaning only and does not include mid week cleaning which can be arranged but will incur an additional cost.
A refundable charge of 100 euros will be collected on arrival to cover any accidental damage and refunded on departure (subject to a satisfactory inspection).
