Fairhaven Vacation Rentals is once again proud to announce the completion of its newest addition, the Bennington House as it now joins the original Fairhaven House, a home built in 1905 and extensively remodeled in 1995, and the Wakefield House and Applegate House, both accurate reproductions of 1890's era Queen Anne style homes. The Bennington House is the third Queen Anne style home that will form the basis of a San Francisco style streetscape this husband & wife, designer-builder team hope to recreate in Newport's Nye Beach.

The four homes are located close to the Pacific Ocean and directly across the street from the popular Performing Arts Center. They are within one block of five miles of sandy beach and feature ocean and lighthouse views in Newport's Historic Nye Beach. The City of Newport has built a formal beach entry park located just across the street at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial that makes beach entry easy for any age or ability.

The community of Nye Beach is just over the hill from Newport's Historic Bayfront and was originally settled in the early nineteen-hundreds. Created as a getaway location for valley settlers escaping the summer heat, it is now celebrating a Renaissance as people from all over rediscover those same qualities that brought earlier tourists - Beautiful Sandy Beaches.
