The house is number 11 "Rua das Andorinhas" in the residential neighborhood of Caboré (neighborhood adjacent to the historical center), a calm and flowery neighborhood. Ideal neighborhood for a stay in Paraty, more “breezy" (apartments in the historical center can be stifling) and calmer than the historical center.
The house is located 20 minutes walking distance from Jabaquara beach (5 min by bicycle / at your disposal), 20 minutes walking distance to the historical center of Paraty (5 min by bicycle or 3 min by car), and 5 minutes by taxi from the bus station.
