*VILLAS: 1,400 sq. ft. with vaulted ceiling is tastefully furnished the villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, standard cookware & dishware, washer & dryer, living & dining room, closed garage with remote control entry, and screened porch. All the villas offer beautiful views of the grounds. Wireless internet, 2 TV’s, DVD player.

Rental Policy

Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $185 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made in the 31 days before arrival date. One week or less than a week before arrival, the full balance will be charged. No refunds for early departures.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

*ADDITIONAL FEES: Housekeeping fee of $98.00, 11% Florida sales tax, plus a non-refundable $75 processing fee. A 25% deposit of your total charge is required when booking a reservation. (Remaining balance is due upon arrival; We accept most major credit and debit cards, cash, or travelers checks.)

* CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: A photo ID and major credit card are required. A security damage deposit of $350 is per villa, through a major credit card imprint, is required upon check-in and is unblocked a week after departure if there are no damages. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. Office hours are Mondays thru Saturdays from 9am - 5pm; Closed on Sundays. For late arrivals, please call our office for procedures.
