The house is licensed and approved by the Malta Tourism Authority and is available for short term rent throughout the year. It is a comfortable residence boasting traditional patterned floors, wooden beams, high ceilings and many other rustic features. It offers all the mod cons necessary to comfortable living today. The house has stunning sea views of the bay. It consists of entrance hall, sitting/ dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, four bedrooms, bathroom, shower & toilet downstairs, garden, patio with barbeque area which is ideal for relaxing on a hot summer's day. Although it is situated in the village core it enjoys stunning sea views and is in a quiet area, yet it is well located within walking distance of the sea, sandy beaches, bus stops, shops, restaurants, banks and the popular resort of Qawra.

Rental Policies

A deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost (or full amount when travel is within 4 weeks) is to paid on booking. The rest has to be paid on arrival. A Booking will be considered cancelled if booking form and deposit are not received within 4 weeks of booking date. Any cancellation after this time will result in forfeit of deposit unless cancelled 3 months in advance of stay.
Accomodation will be available from 1400hours on day of arrival and premises are to be vacated at 1200hours.
No overnight guests or subletting is allowed unless authorised.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The price includes full use of the house, water and electricity consumption, food pack on arrival which includes fruit basket(selection of fruits in season), coffee, tea, milk, butter, bread, ham, cheese, bottled water, and toilet paper. The price is per person per night and includes a single person supplement as follows: 5Euro per night during low season.7Euro per night during mid-season and 10Euro per night during peak season. There is a 10% discount for occupancy of 4 or more persons applicable in mid and peak seasons. Please note that any children benefiting from free offer and/or 50% offer do not count for the 10% discount. Children under 5 go free when accompanied by 2 paying adults (maximum of 2). Children aged 5 -12 pay 50% adult price.
