Luxury five bedroom, four bathroom private villa with private pool for sole use in the beautiful picturesque, tranquil and peaceful location of Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. All rooms are air conditioned and have cool marble flooring. The property briefly comprises of a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double (twin beds) bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have sea views and balconies. Second floor also has two bedrooms, one double (Master) en suite with Jacuzzi bath. Spacious balcony and amazing sea view. There is also a twin bedroom with balcony. Third Floor, single bedroom and roof terrace with shaded pergola and Turkish ottoman seating area (ideal for watching the sunset or pre-dinner drinks).

10% Discount for early bookings.
£200.00 non refundable deposit on booking.
£200.00 Breakage deposit.
Balance 10 weeks prior to departure.
