Kingston Plantation is the premiere oceanfront resort on the Grand Strand! Located in the less congested northern area of Myrtle Beach, your condo is just minutes from all the great attractions the region is known for. There is something for everyone from fine dining to fast food, boutique shops to outlet malls, and entertainment that spans Broadway shows and stage concerts to street corner soloists! Known around the world as a first class golf destination, you can satisfy every challenge from putt-putt to TPC!

Your condo is only a short walk through the resort's paths and walkways to the beautiful white sand beach. The oceanfront pool complex offers great entertainment and food and drink. An easy stroll down the beach is the famous Apache Fishing Pier.

If tennis or racquetball is your game, check out the great courts at the world class Sport and Health Club (resort amenity charge applies). Here you will also find a full service health club facility with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and jacuzzi as well as the latest in fitness equipment and exercise classes. If you just want to relax and read a great book, a quiet and private community pool is just steps from your condo at no charge.

Rental Policy

At least one adult age 25 or over must occupy the unit. Sorry . . . NO SMOKING, NO PETS. See rate information for deposit requirements.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

3 night rates are subject to availability and all rates are adjusted seasonally. Weekly rates are Saturday arrival and departure. Please visit our website (link below) for a full rate schedule.
A refundable $100 security deposit is returned following a satisfactory departure inspection of the condo and contents. Any excessive cleaning charges are deducted from the deposit.
To secure a reservation and lock-in the quoted rate, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. The posted rates do NOT include 14% local and state hospitality and sales taxes. Checks are gladly welcome and most major credit cards are also accepted.
*Reasonable resort amenity fees for Sport & Health Club Splash Water Park are not included.
