Property Details

Private Pool, Clay Tennis courts, Shuffle Board, Horse shoe pit, BBQ grills, bicycle storage and laundry facilities. Across the street you'll enjoy a public golf course, full service marina with boat rentals, ice cream parlor, sports bar, outdoor waterfront bar and restaurant, three additional restaurants, Italian Deli, beautiful shops, CVS drug store, 7-11, Wachovia Bank. A Beach Trolley picks you up while you leave your car behind. Travel to the 'Times Square' area at the north end of the beach or anywhere in between.

Rental Policy

Suitability ---- Minimum age requirement applies due to homeowners association. (Minimum age 25) Photo Identification required for check in. Children are always welcome. Maximum of 4 (four) tenants allowed inside unit at any time. No substitute tenants allowed at check in or during stay. No sub leasing of rental period. Violation of minimum age requirement, sub leasing or substitute tenants or additional tenants will result in immediate loss of rental accommodations including security deposit. Owners will not be held responsible for tenants loss due to age requirement violations. Coin Laundry facilities located at resort and free Internet access available at the Ft. Myers Beach Library.


$200 security deposit required for weekly rentals. $400 required for rentals of 4 weeks or more.
