Property Details

The 26ft X 14 ft pool enjoys the sun from early in the morning until sunset and overlooks the community commons of High Grove not another pool screen. Pool loungers two tables, dining chairs and pool toys are provided around the screened deck area to help guests make the most of the Florida sunshine. The deck area may be accessed either via the family area or via the pool bathroom. Both doors are alarmed for the safety of young children.

The house is fully air-conditioned; the ground floor is open plan. The Family area has plenty of seating with a double rocking chair, 2 and 3 seater sofas and love chair. There is a 27 inch TV with cable connection, DVD/CD player board games and small selection of DVDs.

There is a formal dining area for 6 people and breakfast bar which seats two people. Although there are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets close by, the house has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee- making machine. All utensils, crockery, silverware and linens are provided.

The separate laundry area with full-size washing machine drier, iron and ironing board, so no need to take washing home!

Activites provided for guests at the house include pool table, foosball and electronic darts. Guests may also use the community clubhouse which has a media lounge, fitness room, PCs with internet access, full-size pool table foosball and pool and spa.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Master bed 1 has a king-size bed 19 inch TV with cable connection and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, separate w.c. and his n' hers wash basins.
Master Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, 13 inch Tv with cable connedtion and direct access to the family bathroom
Both twin bedrooms have 13 inch TVs, one has a PC with hi-speed internet access.

Rental Policy

Non-refundable $200 pet week deposit required on booking. Balance plus $200 refundable security deposit due 6 weeks before arrival.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly and monthly rates inclusive of State taxes, utilities and final cleaning.
Pool heat $125 per week.
