Dubrovnik-Apartments are settled in a peaceful part of Lapad Bay, in close proximity to the sea. From the ‘old town’ it takes around 10 minutes to reach it by car or by bus. One side of the house has a view of the sea, and the other side, of a little pine forest. There is a beach close to the front of the house, with a lovely terrace for laying in the sun, for our guests only. If you are coming with your own boat, there is a berth waiting for you.

Rental Policy

For canceling to 60 days we charge 20% from total amount, to 30 days 30%, to 21 days 50%, to 14 days 70%, for 7 days and less 100%.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For booking you need to pay 50% of total amount and other 50% on the day of coming.
From June to September minimum stay is 7 days, if otherwise is not listed.
