The kitchen has an informal dining area suitable for four people and has limestone work tops and solid oak cabinet fronts. There is a washing machine, and tumble drier along with all other appliances you would expect to find in your main residence.

The large private garden is ideal for children to play in, as is the surrounding secure areas including the pool and tennis court The 24 hour security combined with the exclusiveness and the quietness of the complex makes the apartment one of the safest areas for children to play freely.

Arrival Times

Changeover day is normally Saturday although shorter stays and other arrival or departure days may be possible, especially outside high season. Just ask us!

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Unfortunately your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.
Balance Of Rental Cost

The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking.
