Welcome to the House of Bass and Lilies! This is our second home and we're sure you will be as comfortable as you would be in your own home in this idyllic community of Mount Shasta.

This home is located on nearly three acres surrounded by pine trees and manzanita (mountain driftwood). Situated on a bluff, it offers views of Black Butte Mountain behind and the Eddys in front.

This "country elegant" style home has been freshly painted and carpeted, and includes a new see-through wood-burning stove (wood provided), cozy furnishings, TV, DVD/VCR, stereo/CD player, phone with answering machine, plush linens and fully functional kitchen (refrigerator with in-door ice/water dispenser, toaster, oven, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker and dishwasher) including cookware, tableware and utensils, washer and dryer.

Comfortably sleeps 6, there are three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds. The large open kitchen adjoins the dining area. The living room is central to bedrooms and kitchen with plenty of seating for a family and guests.

With easy access from I-5 from any direction, the House of Bass and Lilies is conveniently located. Whether you're in the mood for a nice dinner out or a hearty breakfast, you'll find both available at a number of restaurants just a few minutes away in town. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, or just relaxing at Lake Siskyou also a few minutes' drive from the house. Round of golf or tennis? Tee off or serve at nearby Mount Shasta Golf Club. Explore the area on foot along picturesque hiking trails. If biking is your passion, follow existing bike trails or blaze your own. Snow skiing, cross country skiing, show-shoeing, snow mobiling and ice skating (outdoor rink and lake) are available in the winter. And for the less adventurous, shopping in the quaint Mount Shasta boutiques followed by a movie at the local cinema might be your perfect activity!

Be sure to leave time to have a visit to the headwaters of the Sacramento River. Take along some empty water bottles and fill them with the freshest, sweetest water you've ever had!

Rental Policies

Deposit required to secure reservation, $200-$250. Rent to be received 10 days before check-in date. $25 extra fee for pet. Pets must be well-behaved and may not be left in dwelling unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed on furnishings.

$1,100.00 to $1,400.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$175/night .. $1100 per week .. for 1-2 adults (no charge for kids under 13). $200/night .. $1250 per week .. for 3+ adults (no charge for kids under 13). Off-season (spring and fall) $150/night (1-2 adults). $175/night (3+ adults) .. 4th night free! 2 night minimum; 3 nights for holidays. MAJOR HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED FROM DISCOUNTED RATES.
