Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) studio apartment in modern house. Private side entrance, clean and quiet. Queen bed plus twin size sofa bed. sleeps 3, 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking.

Like a hotel suite, with all the comforts of home. All utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, full size laundry, Local phone calls, High Speed internet connection and satellite TV and music service are included.

Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. Minimum charge 7 nights.

THE SUITE AND ADJACENT OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY ARE TOTALLY NON SMOKING. Sorry, Pets declined and not suitable for children under 7 years old.
