Convenient to Downtown by car or bus at the corner, and to the "alternative life" area of Commercial Drive from the cosmopolitan ethnic shops and restaurants, to the bohemian life style of some of the residents.

Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) studio apartment in modern house. Private side entrance, clean and quiet. Queen bed plus twin size sofa bed. sleeps 3, 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking.

NEED SOMETHING LARGER? This suite may also be combined with a 3 Bedroom Suite (which is also available separately) for larger groups. Please inquire.

Like a hotel suite, with all the comforts of home. All utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, full size laundry, Local phone calls, Wireless internet connection and satellite TV with music service are included.

THE SUITE AND ADJACENT OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY ARE TOTALLY NON SMOKING.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. Minimum booking 7 nights unless there are fewer nights between two other bookings, that may be available. For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $50 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $5 for each full week after the first month.
