Grand Haven Vacation Rentals and Grand Haven Michigan

Grand Haven is traditionally known for playing host to the Coast Guard Festival each August. The town is located directly on the Grand River, and features an incredible Lake Michigan beach as well as many weekly summer vacation rentals.

The town itself is probably not quite as nice as Holland or Saugatuck to the south, but they do have some happenin bars and restaurants. The Lake Michigan bike paths also extend from Grand Haven to Holland.

Vacation Rentals in Grand Haven typically rent by the week during the summer months and if they are open in the off-season, they typically have a two night minimum rental. There are plenty of hotels and B&Bs as well.

If fishing is your thing, there are plenty of charter boats at Chinook Pier in downtown Grand Haven as well as a variety of inland lakes offering great bass and panfish fishing!
