The house has two official bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, private backyard and, my favorite; an open, spacious, all-wood
family room:

A piano for the music lovers indulgence(:>) And, is often used as a 3rd bedroom for many of our guests.

The kitchen is complete with everything you need to make home cooking, fast, fun, and afforable:

**Washer & dryer are also located in the kitchen.

All linens, dishes, & starter paper goods are provided for.

Rates start as low as $178 a night during summer season and only raise to $210 a night in winter months (Oct 1st-Jan 31st) so its always affordable and much more convenient then a hotel room.

-Two Night Minimum

*$300 Security Deposit, Fully refundable within 7-30 days after check out; if Property & Assets are intact and in same condition as upon arrival.

*Pets are welcome and are just $10 a day, per pet.
