Only £55pp per week. Three Brand New Fully Furnished Self Catering Apartments in Side (pronounced "Sea Day") Turkey Each sleep up to 8 persons. Three two bedroomed ground floor apartments. Small safe and secure complex of 15 apartments

Property Details

We now offer a "Same Price" per person policy for every month of the year. The price per person is £55 for a weeks stay. This means that a family can enjoy a new furnished apartment for less than £8 per person per day.

Notes; If only one person books the apartment there is a minimum charge of £110 per week. If the stay is for less than a week the cost is still £55 per person subject to a minimum charge of £110. Payments are also acceptable in $US or Euro at the prevailing currency exchange rate at the time of booking.

Each apartment includes.
Full Air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen consisting of fridge/freezer, auto washing machine, hot water on tap, gas oven/electric hob, extractor hood, toaster, elec kettle, ironing board/iron. Modern tiled shower, shaving point. Good sized lounge area with 2 sofas and coffee table. Dinning table chairs. Two patio areas with table and chairs. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer units. Bedding is provided.

Side beach is very popular, the sand is kept in clean condition and the sea offers good swimming conditions. Sun loungers are available for those with relaxation in mind or for the more energetic there's numerous beach/water sport activities with water skiing, paragliding, speedboats, jet bikes.
Restaurants and bars are numerous and well spread along the beach area which are convenient for inexpensive daytime refreshment as well as providing a great setting for an evening meal.

Travel
The local airport is "Antalya Airport" which is about a 45 minute drive from Side.

Further details
Side pronounced See-Day is one of the sunniest areas of Turkey. Situated on a peninsula and flanked by two stretches of golden beach, the pretty resort town of Side is a jumble of old and new, with an extensive range of tourist accommodation. Busy streets that lead down to the sea are lined with souvenir shops selling typical Turkish handicrafts like carpets, jewellery and leather goods. There are numerous bars and beautiful restaurants, especially on the waterfront and by the harbour (Turkey is renowned as having one of the finest cuisines in the world), late-night bars and restaurants are mixed in among the ruins of the ancient city. The town has an impressive ancient Roman amphitheatre and temple ruins which are both illuminated at night. The partly restored amphitheatre is used as for many events including opera and classical music evenings and boasts beautiful views towards the sea. Also to be seen are the remains of the Roman Baths houses.

Side has a unique and charming atmosphere and charming personality and can be enjoyed by all ages. The town is a warren of colourful alleyways heaped with jewellery, fashion clothes and if you need more cash ample banks offer ATM facilities. Side has a weekly (Saturday) market where people enjoy bartering for a good price

Sport/Hobbies
Beach activities - A great choice available everywhere, volleyball, wind surfing, para-sailing, water skiing, jet bikes/scooters, banana boats.

Diving - Increasingly more popular, supported by professional PADI training centers.

Fishing - Beach and river fishing is available

Golf - Belek resort, only aprox 40kms from Side offers excellent modern golfing facilities. A championship 18-hole golf course and 9-hole academy course is offered by the National Golf club.

Horse Riding - Centers for the tiny and upwards are located around Side and also in the beautiful pine forest/picnic areas of Sorgun and Titreyen Gol.

Jeep Safari - There are numerous routes available which can take you on a scenic, twisting drive through the beautiful Köprülü Canyon National Park, every turn is as spectacular as the previous.

Quad bike safari - Rapidly growing in popularity, centers are located in Manavgat (9kms) and in areas of Beskonak National park (approx 50kms).

Rafting - Expect to get wet! Exciting and exhilarating, a great day out which provides you with both the opportunity to race rapids whilst taking in the stunning views as you pass through the cedar forests of the Köprülü Canyon national Park.

Skiing - Ski or Ski plus swim. Located at Saklýkent ('The Hidden City'), approx 50km behind Antalya offers provides the chance to ski in the morning followed by an afternoon swimming in the warm waters (warm enough for most in spring) of the Mediterranean. At 2550m the season is short December to April). There are two T-bar lifts and two ski runs. Accommodation in the resort is limited and often full at the weekends but a midweek day trip will give you approximately 6hrs skiing-depending on the road conditions.

Tennis - Available at most of the large hotels in the resort

Rental Policy

These are well equiped clean & pleasent apartments which are ideal for couples as well as young and mature families. As such the properties would not be suitable to young single groups.

Payment can also be made in $US, Euro at the prevailing currency exchange rate at the time of payment. Substantial discounts are available for long term bookings (min 6 months). A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking and the full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to arrival at the apartments.
