This spectacular residence has been fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay completely comfortable and features persa gold slab granite and solid wood dark mahogany cabinetry in kitchen, hall, and baths, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, stainless steel appliances including microwave, large screen HDTV flat panel TV in living room, 20 inch televisions in both bedrooms, over 70 cable channels, washer/dryer, Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattresses, down substitue pillows, extra large beach towels, beach mats, 2 beach coolers, boogie boards, stone tile floors, glass mosaic showers, and even Egyptian cotton sheets and bath towels. The new gourmet chef's kitchen includes coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, heavy stainless cookware, plus all of the basics. This condo is beautifully decorated and furnished, and is perfect for a family of 4 or 6. We have included a queen size Aero Bed for an additional private sleeping area.

Watch the whales and dolphins from your lanai, swim with the sea turtles and tropical fish...right outside you door. Completely private and secure, with covered parking and elevator. No stairs to climb. Spectacular oceanside pool with Webber gas grill and outdoor shower. This is the perfect location close to downtown Kona, as well as the Keauhou shopping center, with all of the fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, but also several grocery stores, WalMart and even a Costco close by.

Weekly rate of $225/night or $1500/week.
5 night minimum stay unless days are available between existing reservations.
All rates subject to Hawaii Excise tax, hotel room tax, and $110 cleaning fee.
A $300 deposit is due within 7 days after making a reservation.
Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Option of paying by credit card through PayPal. Ask for details.
