Our spacious new 3rd floor condo is right on the marina and has a stunning harbor view. It is located on the Mayan Riviera in the quiet community of Puerto Aventuras, where guests can enjoy the local golf course, play tennis, or relax at the beach.

Property Details

Our condo can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Each bedroom, with its own ocean view, has a master bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and is part of a large open floor plan which opens up onto the balcony. Our condo has numerous amenities to ensure the comfort of our guests. We provide all linens, including 8 large beach towels, as well as bottled water (refilled as needed). In addition, we have several DVD movies, books, and board games for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

The Dzul Condo pool and gazebo are located directly on the marina, while beach access is a pleasant 10-minute walk into downtown Puerto at the Omni Beach Resort.

Our guests can enjoy a quiet vacation relaxing at the pool or beach. Or they can explore the Mayan Riviera through numerous local tour and activity organizers. Explore XCaret, Xel-Ha, or the Cenotes which are all within 30 minutes of Puerto Aventuras.

Puerto Aventuras itself is a peaceful gated community with a quaint downtown offering shops and restaurants and close proximity to Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Cozumel, and the Mayan Ruins of Tulum (all within 10-30 minutes). Cancun International Airport is only an hour north of Puerto Aventuras.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We do not require a minimum stay, but we do request a non-refundable $350 deposit for rentals up to 10 days. For rentals over 10 days, we request a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to secure a reservation. We may also request a refundable security deposit for rentals over 10 days.
