In addition a 15' X 41' Florida room with 7 bunk/twin beds with foosball/game table at one end of the room and tv/vcr/dvd lounge area at the other end of the room. Well occupied children help parents have a more enjoyable time .We provide board games, fishing poles (3), full sized ping-pong table (in the garage), children's videos, a basket of toys (in the Florida room) to help entertain the children. Our house also has 21/2 baths, fireplace (we provide the wood), fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator with ice maker, gas grill, newly covered deck and much more for your enjoyment. All dishes, cookware, linens provided. You bring your clothes and food. $300 per night for up to 10 people. A one time charge of $10 per person over the number 10. (For example you have 15 people staying 3 nights --- total cost would be $950) Check in time 3pm--- check out time 11am.If you just can't stand traveling without your dog, we will board one dog free of charge at an excellent local kennel and trust you not to let your dog into our house. Rental Policy

We are located in a residental area and must be considerate of our neighbors. We want you to have fun but not be so noisy that the neighbors will be offended. We require 2 nights and 3 nights for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
