Relax in our 2005 Charleston style waterfront home on Lake Hartwell. This quiet getaway will charm you and your guests. As you will see, we have gone to great lengths to make this a unique, modern house with all the enjoyments you want in a premium vacation rental.

We are located less than 90 minutes from the Atlanta metro area, and only 40 minutes from Greenville, SC making this an easy weekend or full week getaway. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Anderson, SC where you can find all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment needs of a larger city.

For Clemson University alumni and fans, we are located about 20-25 minutes from the campus by car - or take your boat for a peaceful cruise up the Seneca River right next to the stadium!

There are several upgraded features in our home - Hardwood floors, plush leather furniture, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans throughout and in each screened porch and a 300 sq/ft master bathroom. Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with DirecTV. There is a cozy kids' bedroom on the Main Level with Tv-dvd-vcr and plug-ins ready for their favorite game system. They can hang out there and play games all they wish without affecting the rest of the guests.

We are on a gentle-sloped lot that is within 65-Feet from house to the waterfront along a shaded concrete path. No long hikes uphill ! We have a new, covered deep water dock with electrical and water service and tandem floating PWC docks. You'll enjoy spending the entire day on the dock and swimming in the protected lake alcove - out of the wind, waves and boat traffic. Grab a floatchair and float your worries away!

Like the name says, this truly is "Hartwell Heaven"!
