We are located on the shores of Beautiful and warm Lake Shasta California. The lake views are fabulous. we are situated in the shady trees near Sugarloaf Marina where all the water sports are near.

Full 3 bdrm and 2 bath home, large walk in shower. All new furnishings and linens, new washer & dryer for your convenience. Fully air conditioned. Large deck for outdoor seating, Bar B Ques and family get togethers. TV's in each bedroom with DVD players.
We offer a free launch and parking pass for Sugarloaf Marina which is adjacent to our property. The parking and marina area are patrolled 24 Hrs. a day for your security. Sugarloaf has some guest boat slips on a first come/first serve basis. Phone them early to get a spot for your boat, or just tie up on the lake edge below.

Rental Policies

No pets at this time, No Smoking on our property and we are a SHOES OFF house for cleanliness.

Arrival Times

Check in is 4 pm and Check out is 11 am. Days and weeks are flexible. Phone for dates and availibility

Rental Rates

$225.00 to $350.00 per day
$1,500.00 to $2,450.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$500.00 refundable security deposit required at time of booking. $125 linen/clean fee. 10% Shasta county lodging tax. We take Visa/Mastercard but prefer checks to avoid the 3% fee.
