The cottage has two bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with two twin beds), fully applianced kitchen, livingroom with tv/vcr/dvd and private deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Sheets, towels, beach towels, iron, blow dryer are provided. It also offers a washer/dryer. The property offers a private beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, pedal boat, outdoor shower and outdoor hot tub(open year-round).
Off-street parking is provided.
Rental Policy
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival Times
In season the weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Anyday is fine in the off-season.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A weekly stay is required through in-season (June-August). A minimum of two nights is required through the shoulder and off-season.
