Property Description

We are ON the Lake. Walk down to the waters edge from our property. 2 Levels, with large decks, hot tub and tahiti shower on private lower deck. 3 Bdrms, 1.5 baths. All linens, pots, pans, dishes, we are fully furnished like a personal residence.

Property Details

Our home accommodates up to 10 guests max. We are a SHOES OFF and NON SMOKING location. No pets allowed at this time. We provide a free parking and boat launch pass for Sugarloaf Marina which isnext door to our property, you can see your boat from the deck of our house. Parking lot has 24/7 security patrolled. Guest slips may be available directly from Sugarloaf Marina, the cost is $20 per day on average. Book ahead to insure your boat a spot. We are located 25 miles north of Redding near the town of Lakehead California.

Rental Policy

$500.00 refundable security deposit due at time of booking. We take Visa, but prefer checks to avoid the additional 3% fee. Balance of rental due 30 days before arrival. Last minute bookings are okay.

Arrival Times

Check in at 4 pm Saturday, Check out 11 am the following Saturday, by the week from Jun15 to Sept 1st. Some 4 nite minimum weekends may be available.

$500.00 refundable security deposit required at time of booking. $125.00 linen/clean fee. 10% Shasta county lodging tax
