Located on Shelter Cove Marina, our lovely 3br,3ba villa provides an expansive view of picturesque Shelter Cove, which is part of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor pool and hot tub.

Yacht Club Villas is a private gated community located in Shelter Cove which is part of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This affords us the use of 2 beautiful beaches-Dunes Beach and Disney Beach. Both have restrooms and parking, Disney Beach also has a concession stand.
Located on the 4th floor, our lovely villa has 3 bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a King bed, television and master bath with jacuzzi tub. It also has a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, television and access to a balcony which is shared with the living room. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and large living room all with an exceptional harbor view.
Shelter Cove has many stores and resturants to walk to, many with outdoor entertainment. On Tuesday evenings there is Harbourfest with family entertainment and fireworks

Rental Policies

Deposit-25% deposit within 7 days of making reservation. Balance in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation-Deposit returned minus $75 if 30 days prior to arrival
