Okanagan Falls is in the sunny southern Okanagan, located between Oliver and Penticton, on Highway 97. The area offers numerous activities for all ages and is very popular in the summer with swimmers, sunbathers, windsurfers, boaters and more.

There are water skiing opportunities on Skaha Lake.
Skaha Lake is the second warmest of the Okanagan Lakes, it offers a sandy beach.

There are Rock Climbing opportunities at the Skaha Bluffs north of the park on the east side of Skaha Lake accessed in Penticton.
There are 3 great ski hills within 40 minute drive to Apex Ski Resort from November to April.
Casino just 11 miles away in Penticton.
The nearest boat launch is at the end of Main Street in Okanagan Falls.

Rental Policies

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Arrival Times

Check In/Out: Check in after 4pm and stay until 11am on your departure day. Quiet Time Policy: 10 pm to 8 am

Rental Rates

Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children
Guests arriving with pets or parties larger than the allowed size for the condo they've reserved will be asked to make alternate arrangements for the extras in their party.

$60/cleaning charge applies to 1, 2 +3 night stays.
