(i.e. 'turnkey' with everything that you should need.) On a no thro road in a quiet private estate standing in an acre of landscaped garden with views over a nature reserve and salt water creek with boat access to the Gulf from the private dock. Only a few minutes from many golf courses and the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches. The cathedral ceilings give it a light airy feeling. It has a well-appointed modern kitchen. The large master bedroom with its fabulous en suite bathroom and tray ceiling has direct access to the pool area and is placed on the opposite side of the house to the other bedrooms, thus giving peace, quiet and privacy. The fully screened and heated pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. The garage has space for 2 cars.

Negotiable, but normaly arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Winter rate $999 per week.
Rest of the year $899 per week
All financial transactions and contracts are processed through our certified & bonded management agent in Venice who requires US$ funds to be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash (but payment can be accepted in EUR or UK Pounds Sterling if necessary).
A booking/security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. The full rent is payable at least 45 days before arrival and 25% payment 120 days prior to arrival. Electricity costs above $100 per month, and a fixed charge of $125 for 'normal' cleaning, washing of sheets + towels and bed making at the end of each rental is deducted from the security deposit. Prices do not include 11% local tax and are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking.
Preference is given to rentals of 4 weeks or more. Cancellations are charged $500, the balance being refundable only if a suitable replacement booking is secured for the same period.
