- Fully equipped kitchen including wonderful view of town. Also features new Bosch refrigerator & separate freezer plus a new gas stove.

- Newly completed "Mexican-Zen" room next to the kitchen with cascading water and a 10 ft. bar.

- Studio/3rd Story bedroom includes a futon, a private outdoor shower + covered sink & countertop, Internet connection, floor to ceiling views of San Miguel, especially beautiful at night......and an outdoor living room......for more views.

- is attached but has a separate entrance and a full kitchen, queen bed, bathroom, fireplace, private patio plus a rooftop terrace.
