You will feel like you have escaped to the Texas Hill Country without having to drive that far!
This comfortable and tastefully appointed guest house can sleep up to 8 people, with queen beds in the two downstairs bedrooms and in the upstairs loft , plus a double bed in the upstairs bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. Amenities include a loft with game tables, fireplace, two large porches with swings, a picnic table, and gorgeous views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and satellite/DVD/TV stereo home theater system. Children are welcome, however pets and smokers are not. The main floor is handicapped accessible.
The nearby Waco area offers many cultural and sporting events, great shopping, a large variety of restaurants, numerous museums, theaters, movies, nightlife, golf, parks and Lake Waco is only 15 minutes away.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Available by the day, weekend, or longer. $110/night for one bed and $25 each for each of the additional 3 beds, if needed for your group. Note that some Baylor Special Event weekends (i.e., Homecoming, Parents Weekend, Commencement) are $185/night with a 2 night minimum stay.
