This gorgeous home comes well equipped. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom comes with 2 twin bunkbeds.

Property Details

La Bella Vita is located in the beautiful, upscale property "The Biscayne". This home has a superior oceanview from a covered deck as well as a wrap-around deck with views in all directions. There is a private fishing lake that you have access to from this home to put your pole in the water and see what you catch. It is a private, gated community, so you have no busy beach traffic driving through the subdivision in the wee hours of the night. There are several community walkovers to the beach and one allows golf carts to travel over it. This home is a two-minute walk to the beach. The beach is kept very clean and most times there is nobody on it. It is perfect for a family getaway. This home sits on a cul-de-sac so the kids have plenty of room to play and not have to worry about a lot of traffic. So make the decision to have a great vacation on the Texas Gulf Coast. Reservation/Security deposits for this home is $525.00 or $725.00 if you wish to bring your pet. This home is available for week rentals and weekends year around. The rates for a week (6 nights) are $2550, plus tax & cleaning, and for a weekend (3nights) it is $1650.00 plus tax and cleaning. Additional nights are available if calendar allows. There is different pricing for different seasons so you can adjust the price by the time you choose.
