"Four Seasons" Vermont Vacation Home

Property Description

Just like a Currier and Ives post card....... We are renting our "West Rutland" vermont home year-round to vacationers looking for the "home away from home" feeling. It is tastefully decorated for the adult vacationer.

Property Details

It is a two story home with three bedrooms ,two which adjoin, and full bath upstairs. Down stairs we have a living room (decorated for the holidays) with satelite tv, large kitchen and dining room, a half bathroom ,vermont mud room to shake off the outside and a den with a woodburning stove for heat and second tv.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 6 people.... Bedroom 1 has 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin/ Single beds. Adjoining Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin/ Single beds. All bedrooms are on second floor. The two smaller bedrooms adjoin.

Bathrooms: 1.0 full bathroom , 1 Half Bathroom.... Bathroom 1 has Toilet, sink,Combination Tub/Shower.... Bathroom 2 has Toilet, sink.... Full Bathroom upstairs. 1/2 bathroom downstairs

General: Soaps. Basic paper products. Towels provided. linens provided. Firewood.

Our home is in the middle of vermont near all the beauty and excitement the state has to offer. Whether "Skiing", snowmobiling, boating, hiking, biking, antiquing, horse racing, casino or just scenery lovers. We are there. We even have our own nearby market, movies and cafe's. Save money and cook in.

The arts also abound in vermont. We would love to talk to you about your vacation needs.

Rental Policy

Our rental policies standard and e-mailable upon request. We accept personal checks with time to clear, bank transfers & credit cards through paypal w/ 3% surcharge.

Arrival time is 3:00pm Departure time is 10:00am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Holidays have seperate stay and pricing requirements.

All rentals + 9% tax, $75 cleaning fee and $250 security deposit.

Payment by personal check w/ time to clear, Bank transfer or Pay Pal w/ a 3% surcharge.
