The Preserve at River's Edge is a gated community with security guard. It is a very quiet, safe, and clean community not a party atmosphere. There are plenty of parking for more than one car per unit as well as trailer parkings for bikes and boats.

FOR RESERVATIONS NEEDS TO MAIL RENTAL AGREEMENT ALONG WITH SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $150. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
