Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Property rates above reflect a significant discount off our published rates. Details provided upon query. A 20% deposit is required upon booking, w/the balance to be charged 45-60 days before arrival. There is a 9% government room tax on all bookings. Minimum-stay requirement: three nights. Rates are for double occupancy. Additional occupants in any unit add $15 per night for children aged 3-17; $25 per night for adults. There is no additional service fee or gratuity charge.
