50% Deposit due with timeshare rental contract. Deposit is non-refundable.
Balance due 120 days before arrival date.
Payment Method: Personal Check, Money Order or Bank Cashier's Check.
Cancellation: Bal. Amt. Refunded if cancelled 61 days or more before arrival date
Refunds made within 14 days of cancellation date.
