The large bathroom has a full size tub with shower, large vanity, and hair dryer.

Rental Policies

Your reservation deposit of $300 becomes a security/cleaning deposit when you check-in. If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival we will refund 90% of your deposit. No cleaning fee if you return the apartment clean, if you desire we can hire a cleaning crew for a fee of $100.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

To make a reservation we ask for a credit card deposit of $300. We DO NOT ask for payment of rent up front; your payment will be due when you check-in. We accept all major credit cards but if you pay with cash, travelers checks or money order we will discount the rate by 3% when you check-in.
