3 bed, 2 bath, sawtillo tiles in most of house, Berber carpet in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has walk in closets, two in the master! Master has separate sunken tub and walk in shower and French doors to back patio. Open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with French doors at either end - one set to the back patio and the other to the pool area and front courtyard. Large two car/SUV garage. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Fridge has ice maker and filtered water. Dishwasher. Washer dryer in separate laundry room. High speed internet through cable TV. Gas BBQ on the back patio and hot tub being installed in the fall.

Fully paid BEFORE your stay (2 months prior). Deposit upon booking. Cleaning fees additional.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

2 night minimum at all times. Summer rates may be negotiated for weekly and monthly rates. Holidays may be higher than quoted. Longer stays may be negotiaited too. Pets will be charged an extra fee and deposit. Cleaning fees will be added per # of people and length of stay.
