Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Wharf, downtown Pacific Garden Mall, and Capitola Village are a 5 minute drive. Pasatiempo, Seacliff Golf courses are a 10 minute drive. Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium and San Jose Airport are a 35 minute drive.
Rental Policy
No parties allowed as this is a quiet neighborhood. No more than 6 guests overnight.
