Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: a $200 USD Damage Deposit is required to confirm booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the remaining 50% due on Arrival. Payments must be made by money order, Bank Draft, direct wire transfer, Paypal (4% surcharge for Paypal) or Accepted Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
