Rental Policies

Rates are based on four occupants per unit. Additional occupancy is $10 per person up to a maximum of six per unit. Rates are per condo, per night and subject to sales /lodging taxes. 2 night minimum and 4 night minimum for holidays & spring break.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations 7days or less prior to your arrival 100% of the lodging cost will be forfeited.
Due to weather & road conditions we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense (see InsureMyTrip.com for details).
Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out is 10:00 am ($100 late check-out fee)
