Property Details

Located 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage or the Airport. It features 2 bedrooms: one w/ king bed, and one w/ a twin bed and a full size bed, plus a convertible futon couch. Apartment is equipped with oven/stove, microwave, full refridgerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, washer/dryer laundry facilities, wireless internet, and stereo, and cable TV. Hiking/Skiing trails are right outside your door. Shopping, Golf, Fishing, and highway access to the rest of Alaska are just 10 minutes away.

Rental Policies

RESERVATIONS:
To make a reservation, just call or email us to check if your desired dates are available. We request a credit card (VISA/MC only) or 50% cash deposit to hold your reservation. Remaining amount will be due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Summers in Alaska are very short. For this reason, places tend to book up well in advance and it is difficult to fill canceled reservations on short notice. We depend on your reservation just as much as you depend on us to hold one for you!

In order to receive a full refund for a cancellation, notice must be received within 60 days of your first night of reservation. A 50% refund of deposit is provided if cancellation notice is received within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

In the event that you cannot honor your reservation and must cancel on shorter notice than the above-listed deadlines, please do call us and release your reservation. We cannot re-rent the apartment unless you do so. If we have lost business because of a late cancellation, we cannot refund your deposit. If we have not lost business because of your reservation, or we are able to re-rent the apartment, we will refund the percent of your deposit that is recovered from re-renting.
