Property Details

Fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. Great amenities. The bathrooms are spotless, as is the rest of the home. There are all Queen size beds including the sleeper sofa, and Central A/C throughout.

Surrounding Area: Our home is set on a private corner with a open yard for your children to play in. Behind the property is undisturbed and is habitat for many species of birds. The area is relativley flat and great for biking and walking. Clam shacks to 5 star dining all within a very short drive. Shopping from tourist items to high end boutiques and entertainment are nearby also. You can relax or be busy every day. Visit Gallilee and see fishing boats coming and going, shop at fresh fish markets or buy lobsters right off the boat and have your own New England clam bake. Bumper cars, batting cages, in-line skating, and ice cream parlors will keep the kids happy. There is something for everyone in this beautiful coastal area.

Rental Policy

We do not rent to house parties and you must be 25 years old to sign a lease.
Please check our availability calendar before you call. We do our best to keep it current. When you call, we will ask you for the week(s) that you are interested in. We will need your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and contact phone number. After making your reservation you will receive a Confirmation Letter and Rental Agreement via E-mail. Upon receipt of your Rental Agreement, you should print both pages down, fill in any required information, sign the bottom, keep a copy for yourself, and mail the original back to us along with your advance payment. $500 rent to hold, 1/2 of the rent by January, any balance plus the security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We must receive you initial deposit to hold within 10 days of making your reservation. Your rental is not confirmed until your deposit and the signed Rental Agreement are received. We cannot accept a personal check for last minute reservations made within the 30 day deadline.

Rentals run Sat to Sat. Check-in 3pm, Check-out 10AM sharp
